At Canoe Camp each year is relatively the same, but the little minor differences can make all the difference in what
goes on during the week. For example the weather can play a minor part. It's usually hot and sunny, but occasionally
there might be a drop of rain. In 2001 there was rain for most of the week, which led to one of the more memorable
camps. Some years the river is flowing really good, and that can lead to some exciting rides on the river. And where
we go can also play a part. In 2006 we did something that had never been done before: we did the same river run
twice in one day! I must say that that was one of my favorite days of Canoe Camp. So check out the data that we have
been collecting. You may find it interesting.
